Strength & Conditioning Program
Broken Arrow Tigers athletics has seen new levels of success with the addition of Director of Strength & Conditioning, Cody Ellett. Broken Arrow High School athletes have been re-tooled for speed through strength. The elements of conditioning are: nutrition, flexibility, advanced rehab, and pre-hab.
Broken Arrow’s conditioning programs are based on sport, position, and individuals. Body movements and biomechanics of each sport and individual position will be considered when generating strenght and conditioning programs. An emphasis will be placed on speed, explosiveness and endurance.
