Doctors from Tulsa Bone & Joint and Saint Francis will be providing athletic physicals to Broken Arrow

student-athletes and band members in grades 6th -12th, heading into the 2024-2025 school year, on

Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. located in Broken Arrow High School’s Event

Center. The Sports Medicine staff asks that you contact your head coach to find out what time you will

meet as a team. After meeting as a team, in a location that is provided by your head coach, you will walk

over to the Event Center (enter in south doors from the new south parking lot off of county line/193rd St)

together to check in at the following times:

· 5:15 p.m. – Football

· 5:30 p.m. – Cheer, Boys and Girls Basketball

· 6:00 p.m. – Volleyball, Softball, Baseball

· 6:15 p.m. – Boys & Girls Soccer, Girls & Boys Wrestling, Girls & Boys Swimming

· 6:30 p.m. – Girls & Boys Track Field / Cross Country, Girls & Boys Tennis, Boys & Girls

Golf, Tigettes

· 7:00 p.m. – All Band Members

If trying out for a sport, show up at the slot time of the sport you’re trying out for this upcoming season.

p.m. Cash, CashApp payment will be accepted at the door, but it is strongly encouraged to pre-register

and pay through www.GoFan.co. No refunds will be issued.

Students are also required to print, complete and bring this physical evaluation form

(https://batigersports.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/BA-2023-Physical-form.pdf) with them to their

physical. We ask that all student-athletes arrive in school-appropriate athletic wear. No jeans or skirts.

An athletic physical dated on or after May 1st, 2024, is required for students participating in Broken

Arrow Public Schools athletics during the 2024-2025 school year.

Tulsa Bone and Joint and St. Francis physicians are providing the courtesy screening physicals.

Additional follow-up may be required with your primary care doctor or other physician. All proceeds

collected will go to Broken Arrow Sports Medicine. Concessions will be open to buy sweet and salty

snacks & water to drink.

The Event Center is located south of the football field (Memorial Stadium) of the BAHS campus at 2200 N

23rd St.

Parking is in the new south parking lot (south of the football field). The entrance is off of county line/193rd

St.
