Seats not renewed by July 31 will be released for public purchase. - Parking Passes: On sale starting July 14 at Tiger Threads (in person only)

(Parking is very limited at Tiger Threads, please utilize the stadium lot if needed)
Before July 7 – Prepare to Renew:
- Create an account at www.GoFan.co
- Download the GoFan app and sign in using credentials when you created your account.
This ensures easy access to your tickets once renewed.
RENEWAL FAQ:
- How do I renew my tickets?
On July 7, you’ll receive an email from GoFan with a renewal link. Use a desktop or laptop for the best experience. Tickets can be viewed on your phone via the app or a confirmation email after purchasing.
- How do I access my tickets?
After purchasing, use the email confirmation link or log in to the GoFan app. If you didn’t create an account before purchase, you can still log in later using the same email.
- Can I transfer tickets?
Yes. Use the confirmation link to select a ticket, then tap “Transfer” (top right) to send via text or email.
- Can I renew only some of my seats?
Yes. Click the trash can icon next to any seat you don’t want to renew before finalizing your purchase.
- Can I move my seats?
You may decline your renewal and purchase new seats during public sale. Or, renew your seats and email: seasontickets@baschools.org to request a change.
- Can I add seats?
email seasontickets@baschools.org to request additional seats.
- What if I don’t want to renew?
You may decline your offer. Seats not renewed by July 31 will be released to the public.
